She Speaks Wellbeing Cube Kits

Six kits.

Thirty-six questions.

One simple idea: women deserve space to speak.

What if wellbeing didn't begin with a programme or a plan — but with a question?

The She Speaks Wellbeing Cube Kits are a collection of conversation tools designed for women's groups, community circles, health settings, and peer support spaces. Each kit is built around six questions — one on each face of a physical cube — that invite reflection, connection, and real talk about what it means to be well.

No clinical language. No right answers. No pressure to perform wellness.

Just questions worth sitting with, and the space to answer them honestly.

There are six kits, each opening a different door:

  • Tending — the small, everyday acts of caring for yourself

  • Roots — the people, places, and communities that hold you

  • Locus — your voice, your agency, your right to choose

  • Seasons — change, loss, and what you carry forward

  • Spark — joy, pleasure, and what lights you up

  • Threshold — hopes, dreams, and what comes next

The kits can be used as a series or as stand-alone conversations. They can be rolled, chosen, or placed in the centre of a circle. They work in a community hall, a health clinic, a living room, or a group chat. They are designed to flex to the group — not the other way around.

Whether you are a facilitator, a health worker, a community leader, or a woman gathering other women — these kits are for you.
